| 1. This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) Order 2006. |
| Temporary reduction of charges |
| 2. For the period 18th November 2006 to 31st December 2006 (both dates inclusive), the road user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules (Cap. 276, R 38) in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in the First to the Fourteenth Schedules shall be reduced wholly or in part as specified in the second column thereof. |
