(Chapter 36)
Central Provident Fund (Exemptions — Miscellaneous) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Exemptions — Miscellaneous) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 28th December 2007.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Central Provident Fund (Exemptions — Miscellaneous) (Consolidation) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (13).
