Responsibility of Minister for National Development

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Mah Bow Tan shall, with effect from 23rd November 2001, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and that he shall be designated as the Minister for National Development.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) Notification 2001.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) Notification 1999 (G.N. No. S 251/99) is cancelled.
