Police Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 27 (2)(a) and 117 of the Police Force Act 2004, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

PART I

PRELIMINARY

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Police Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 12th October 2004.
