Revised Edition of the Laws
(Rectification) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners make the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Revised Edition of the Laws (Rectification) Order 2016.

Rectification of error

2. In item (18) of the Schedule to the Declaration of Prisons (Consolidation) Notification (Cap. 247, N 3 (2001 Ed.)), delete “Rehabilation” and substitute “Rehabilitation”.
