Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Amendment) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 18th October 2004.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 7 of the Schedule to the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 59/2003) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:

“7. All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Bedok South/Avenue 1 comprised in Lot numbers 4283V, 4284P, 4240T, 4241A, 4242K, 4243N, 4244X, 4245L, 4369V, 4368W and 4367M in Mukim 27 and on which Apartment Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 19, 20 and 21 are erected, and which are more particularly delineated in Plan 7.
