Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners
(Register and Practising Certificates)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Act 2000, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Register and Practising Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Miscellaneous amendments
2.  In the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Register and Practising Certificates) Regulations (Rg 2), in the following provisions, replace “section 17(5A)” with “section 17(6)”:
 Regulation 5B(1)
 Regulation 5D(1).
