Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2012
(Commencement) Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2012.
2.  The Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2012 shall, with the exception of sections 11 to 21, come into operation on 1st January 2013.
