Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts) Notification 2001

Responsibility of Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr David Lim Tik En, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Defence, shall, with effect from 23rd November 2001, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts) Notification 2001.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Information and the Arts) Notification 1999 (G.N. No. S 247/99) is cancelled.
