(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the National Productivity Fund (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the National Productivity Fund (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  The National Productivity Fund (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 18 September 2023.
