Statutory Boards (Taxable Services) (Amendment) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Statutory Boards (Taxable Services) Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Statutory Boards (Taxable Services) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1999.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Statutory Boards (Taxable Services) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) in the second column of item (1) and substituting the following paragraph:

“Where water consumption in a month exceeds 20 cubic metres, 15% of the monthly bill for the excess amount of water consumed.”.
