(Markets) (Amendment No. 3)
Regulations 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45 and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Markets) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2012 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 14th December 2012.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Markets) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 367/2005) is amended by deleting item 10 and substituting the following item:

“10.	The London Metal Exchange (formerly known as “The London Metal Exchange Limited”)”.
