(Commencement) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Land Transport (Enforcement Measures) Act 2018, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Land Transport (Enforcement Measures) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2019.
2.  Sections 2(b), 3(a), (b), (d), (f) and (i), 4, 5, 12(b), 13 to 16, 17(d) to (h), 18, 19 and 33(a), (b) and (c) of the Land Transport (Enforcement Measures) Act 2018 come into operation on 1 February 2019.
