Security Deposit by Appellant on Appeal to Court of Appeal

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (3) of Order 57, Rule 3, of the Rules of Court (R 5), the Chief Justice has fixed that the sum to be deposited by the appellant under that paragraph by way of security for the respondent’s costs of an appeal to the Court of Appeal shall be $10,000, with effect from 1st January 1999.
