Strategic Goods (Control) (Brokering) Order 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2)(a) of the Strategic Goods (Control) Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Strategic Goods (Control) (Brokering) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2008.

Application of section 6 (1) of Act

2. Section 6(1) of the Act applies to all goods specified in Category Codes —

(d)	ML8.c.1., 3. to 9.; [S 744/2007 wef 28/12/2007]
(e)	ML8.d.1., 2., 3., 5., 6., 8., 9., 10.; [S 744/2007 wef 28/12/2007]
(f)	ML8.e.1. to 6., 8. to 13., 15. to 18.; [S 744/2007 wef 28/12/2007]
(g)	ML8.f.; and [S 744/2007 wef 28/12/2007]
