Prisons (Declaration of Prison)
Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Prisons (Declaration of Prison) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 19 December 2016.
Declaration of prison
2.  The Minister declares the Admiralty Community Supervision Centre, Block B of Admiralty West Prison, 21 Admiralty Road West, Singapore 757698 to be a prison for the purposes of the Act and defines that place to be a prison for the custody of all classes of prisoners convicted, remanded or detained under any written law.
