(Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency —
Computer Access) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “prescribed law enforcement agency” in section 39(6) of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency — Computer Access) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 1 August 2022.

Prescribed law enforcement agency

2. The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore is prescribed as a prescribed law enforcement agency for the purposes of section 39(6) of the Code.
