Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2001 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 22nd November 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Khaw Boon Wan” in the third column of item 1 and substituting the name “Mr Peter Chan Jer Hing”;
(b)	by inserting, immediately after the name “BG (Retired) Tan Chin Tiong” in the third column of item 1, the name “Mr Chiang Chie Foo”;
(c)	by deleting the name “Mr Khaw Boon Wan” in the third column of item 2 and substituting the name “Mr Heng Swee Keat”;
(d)	by deleting the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan” in the third column of item 3 and substituting the name “Mr Eddie Teo Chan Seng”;
(e)	by deleting the name “Mr Eddie Teo Chan Seng” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Mr Chiang Chie Foo”;
(f)	by deleting the name “Mr Koh Yong Guan” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Mr Peter Chan Jer Hing”;
(g)	by deleting the name “Mr Peter Chan Jer Hing” in the third column of item 6; and
(h)	by deleting the name “Mr Eddie Teo Chan Seng” in the third column of item 7 substituting the name “Mr Peter Chan Jer Hing”.
