Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2002

Housing and Development (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  The Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st January 2003.
