(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2021.
2.  Section 7 of the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2020 comes into operation on 31 August 2021.
