Patents (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Patents (Amendment) Act 2001, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Patents (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2001.
2.  Section 14 of the Patents (Amendment) Act 2001 shall come into operation on 2nd January 2002.
