International Child Abduction
(Contracting States) (Amendment No. 6)
Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the International Child Abduction Act 2010, MG (NS) Chan Chun Sing, Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2012.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 211/2011) is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of item 16, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following items:

18.Spain
1st January 2012
19.Switzerland
1st January 2012
20.Ukraine
1st January 2012.
