Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 15) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 15) Notification 2004.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Standard Chartered Bank from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Seeing Is Believing Standard Chartered Charity Donation Draw promotion to be held from 23rd October 2004 to 23rd November 2004 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 30th November 2004.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Standard Chartered Bank with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 25th October 2004.
