Medicines (Cosmetic Products) (Specification and Prohibition) (Amendment) Order 1998

Corrigenda

With reference to the Medicines (Cosmetic Products) (Specification and Prohibition) (Amendment) Order 1998 (G.N. No. S 55/98) —

(a)

for “and (c)” in paragraph 1(1) read “, (c) and (d)”;

(b)

for “3(c)” in paragraph 1(3) read “3(c) and (d)”;

(c)

for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph (3) read as follows:

“(a)

by renumbering the paragraph in Part I as paragraph 1 of that Part, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:

“2. Cosmetic products for application on the lips including lipsticks, lip colours and lip creams.”;

(b)

by deleting paragraph 1 of Part II;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph 2 of Part I, the following paragraph:

“3. Oral or dental hygiene products, including mouth refreshers and dentifrices.”; and

(d)

by deleting paragraph 2 of Part II.”.
