(Chapter 87A)
Education Endowment Scheme (Prescribed Amount of Contribution) (No. 2) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(5) of the Education Endowment Scheme Act, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Education Endowment Scheme (Prescribed Amount of Contribution) (No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2002.
Amount of contribution
2.  The amount of contribution to be paid to every member of the Edusave Pupils Fund under section 9(1) of the Act for the year 2002 shall be $160.
