(Oaths and Fees) Act
(Chapter 82)
Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act, the Minister for Foreign Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2007.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) Order (O 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting paragraphs (1) and (2) of item 7 and substituting the following paragraphs:
(1) For a Republic of Singapore Passport
 
$80
(2) Additional replacement fee for lost, destroyed or damaged Republic of Singapore Passport —
 
 
(a) first replacement
 
$50
(b) second or subsequent replacement
 
$100
”;
(b)by deleting paragraphs (4) to (8) of item 7 and substituting the following paragraphs:
(4) Singapore Certificate of Identity (validity not exceeding one year)
 
$15
(5) Singapore Certificate of Identity
 
$15 per year of validity
(6) Singapore Certificate of Identity (single journey)
 
$3
(7) Renewal of Singapore Certificate of Identity
 
$15 per year of validity
(8) Additional replacement fee for lost, destroyed or damaged Singapore Certificate of Identity —
 
 
(a) first replacement
 
$50
(b) second or subsequent replacement
 
$100
”;
(c)by inserting, immediately after paragraph (9) of item 7, the following paragraphs:
(10) For a Singapore Temporary Travel Document
 
$75
(11) Additional replacement fee for lost, destroyed or damaged Singapore Temporary Travel Document —
 
 
(a) first replacement
 
$50
(b) second or subsequent replacement
 
$100
”; and
(d)by deleting item 8 and substituting the following item:
8.—(1) Singapore visa for a non-citizen to travel to and enter Singapore

(2) Group Singapore visa in respect of 3 or more non-citizens for those non-citizens to travel to and enter Singapore as a group —
 
 
(a) application under the PRC Collective Gratis Visa Scheme
 
No charge
(b) any other application

(3) Singapore visa granted to an applicant who holds a diplomatic or an official passport issued by the government of a foreign country
 
No charge
