(Revocation) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “prescribed law enforcement agency” in sections 20(9) and 39(6) of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency — Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore) (Revocation) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 16 August 2024.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency — Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore) Order 2019 (G.N. No. S 640/2019).
