Exemption) (Revocation) Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System — Exemption) (Revocation) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 6 October 2023.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System — Exemption) Order 2023 (G.N. No. S 463/2023).
