(Chapter 206)
Newspaper and Printing Presses (Amendment) Order 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 17th October 2005.
Amendment of Order under section 17(1)
2.  Order under section 17 (1) (O 1) is amended by deleting item (1) and substituting the following item:
“(1)  The Wall Street Journal Asia (which is Asian Wall Street Journal renamed).”.

Made this 7th day of October 2005.
