(Exemption) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16A(1) of the Public Entertainments Act, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Public Entertainments (Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 1 October 2019.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2(1) of the Public Entertainments (Exemption) Order 2016 (G.N. No. S 227/2016) is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of sub‑paragraph (c) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub‑paragraph:
“(d)DesignSingapore Council.”.
