Town Councils Act
(Chapter 329A)
Town Councils (Dissolution of Various Town Councils) (Amendment) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) and (3) of the Town Councils Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Town Councils (Dissolution of Various Town Councils) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 24th December 2001.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Town Councils (Dissolution of Various Town Councils) Order 2001 (G.N. No. S 565/2001) is amended by deleting the word “January” in the last line and substituting the word “July”.
