Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2008 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 19th September 2008.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “BNP Paribas Private Bank” in item (133) and substituting the words “BNP Paribas Wealth Management”.
