(Authorised Piers and Places)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act 1960, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 22 August 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 708/2011), in the Schedule —
(a)in Part I, delete item 13;
(b)in Part I, in item 19, in the first column, replace “Off‑shore Marine Centre” with “Offshore Marine Centre 1 (formerly known as Off‑shore Marine Centre)”;
(c)in Part I, after item 19, insert —
 
“20.Offshore Marine Centre 2
(a)Oil.
(b)Gas.
(c)Off-shore cargo.
(d)Marine-related cargo.”;
(d)in Part II, delete item 4; and
(e)in Part II, replace item 12 with —
 
“12.Offshore Marine Centre 1 (formerly known as Off‑shore Marine Centre)
(a)Oil.
(b)Gas.
(c)Off-shore cargo.
(d)Marine‑related cargo.
(e)All goods as sea stores, except that where the goods comprise liquor or tobacco, they may only be exported or transhipped in such quantities as are permitted pursuant to section 47(3) of the Act.
 
13.Offshore Marine Centre 2
(a)Oil.
(b)Gas.
(c)Off-shore cargo.
(d)Marine‑related cargo.
(e)All goods as sea stores, except that where the goods comprise liquor or tobacco, they may only be exported or transhipped in such quantities as are permitted pursuant to section 47(3) of the Act.”.
