Public Utilities (Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(5) of the Public Utilities Act (2002 Ed.), Mr Khaw Boon Wan, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2003.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3(1) of the Public Utilities (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2001 (G.N. No. S 245/2001) is amended by inserting immediately after the words “Parts III”, the words “(with the exception of section 21 (2) and (3))”.
