Employment (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Employment (Amendment) Act 2008, Mr Gan Kim Yong, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Employment (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Employment (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 1st January 2009.
