Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(1) and (7) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2010.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Paragraph 4(3) of Part I of the Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) Notification (N 2) is amended by deleting “10%” and substituting “15%”.
