(Chapter 213)
Prohibited Places (Amendment) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (e) of the definition of “prohibited place” in section 2(1) of the Official Secrets Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Prohibited Places (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 26th December 2001.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Prohibited Places Order (O 1) is amended by deleting item 1 relating to Brani Naval Base Sea Area.

Made this 6th day of December 2001.
