Town Council of Potong Pasir (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Potong Pasir hereby makes the following By-laws:

Citation and commencement

1. These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Potong Pasir (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2008.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Town Council of Potong Pasir (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Items 1 to 3” immediately below the heading “Monthly conservancy and service charges” in the second column; and

(b)

by deleting items 1 to 5 and substituting the following items:
