Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28A of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act, I, Sundaresh Menon, Chief Justice, hereby make the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Supreme Court of Judicature (Transfer of Matrimonial, Divorce and Guardianship of Infants Proceedings to District Court) (Revocation) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 October 2014.

Revocation

2. The Supreme Court of Judicature (Transfer of Matrimonial, Divorce and Guardianship of Infants Proceedings to District Court) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 672/2007) is revoked.
