Political Donations Act
(CHAPTER 236)
Political Donations (Political Associations) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the definition of “political association” in section 2(1) of the Political Donations Act, the Prime Minister hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Political Donations (Political Associations) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 4th November 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Political Donations (Political Associations) Order (O 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:
“4.MARUAH (Working Group for an ASEAN Human Rights Mechanism, Singapore), being a society registered under the Societies Act
 4th November 2010”.
