(Trade Repositories)
(Amendment) Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 46ZJ and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Trade Repositories) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 31st October 2013.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Trade Repositories) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 460/2013) is amended by deleting item 2 and substituting the following item:
“
2.
Annual fee under section 46F(1) of the Act —
 
 
(a)for every licensed trade repository
$60,000
 
(b)for every licensed foreign trade repository
$10,000
”.
