Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Acacia Lodge) (Amendment) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 31 July 2020.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Acacia Lodge) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 266/2020) is amended —

(a)	by deleting sub‑paragraphs (a) and (f); and
(b)	by deleting the semi‑colon at the end of sub‑paragraph (e) and substituting a full‑stop.
