(M.A.T.A.R. Deployment — Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (M.A.T.A.R. Deployment — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 13 October 2023.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. In the Road Traffic (M.A.T.A.R. Deployment — Exemption) Order 2023 (G.N. No. S 632/2023) (called in this Order the principal Order), in paragraph 2, in the definition of “specified road”, replace “the road delineated by the black‑coloured line” with “any of the roads delineated by the black‑coloured lines”.

Amendment of paragraph 3

3. In the principal Order, in paragraph 3, replace “the specified road” wherever it appears with “a specified road”.

Replacement of Schedule

4. In the principal Order, replace the Schedule with —

”.
