National Parks Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(4) of the National Parks Act, the Minister for National Development, after consultation with the National Parks Board, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the National Parks Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2002.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
2.  Part II of the Fifth Schedule to the National Parks Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 6, the following paragraphs:
7.  All those pieces of land (including foreshore) situated in Mukim No. 3, Labrador comprised in lots 99995P and 99992M and estimated to contain areas of 993 square metres and 1,552 square metres, respectively, and parts of lots 01019A, 01580X and 00492M and estimated to contain areas of 39,061 square metres, 52,992 square metres and 7,881 square metres, respectively, the boundaries of which are more particularly delineated on Plan No. NP 5.2.28 filed in the office of the Senior Manager (Parks Planning), Planning and Development Division of the National Parks Board.
8.  All those pieces of land (including foreshore) situated in Mukim No. 12, Sungei Buloh comprised in lots 00990N, 00020N, 01312V, 01311W, 01313P, 01314T, 01324M and 01325W and estimated to contain areas of 117,088 square metres, 32,775 square metres, 20,049 square metres, 25,798 square metres, 39,983 square metres, 13,967 square metres, 33,646 square metres and 11,158 square metres, respectively, and parts of lots 01255P, 00989L, 01310M, 01240V, 01255P and 01577C and estimated to contain areas of 46,286 square metres, 156,177 square metres, 54,933 square metres, 513,202 square metres, 12,902 square metres and 224,915 square metres, respectively, the boundaries of which are more particularly delineated on Plan No. NP 5.2.182 filed in the office of the Senior Manager (Parks Planning), Planning and Development Division of the National Parks Board.”.
