Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(4) of the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  Section 5 of the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 1st January 2009.
