Customs (Customs Airports)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act 1960, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Customs (Customs Airports) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 September 2024.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  In the Customs (Customs Airports) Regulations (Rg 4), in regulation 3 —
(a)delete paragraph (2); and
(b)in paragraph (3), replace “Airport Logistics Park of Singapore” with “Air Cargo Express”.
