(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 7 August 2020.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (No. 3) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 252/2020) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraphs (a) to (d).
