Income Tax (Concessionary Rate of Tax for
Approved International Commodity Trading
Companies) (Revocation) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43H of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations are the Income Tax (Concessionary Rate of Tax for Approved International Commodity Trading Companies) (Revocation) Regulations 2016.

Revocation

2. The Income Tax (Concessionary Rate of Tax for Approved International Commodity Trading Companies) Regulations (Rg 14) are revoked.
