Education (Amendment) Act (Commencement)
Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Education (Amendment) Act 1997, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Education (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.
2.  The Education (Amendment) Act 1997 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 2nd September 1997.
