Income Tax (Revocation) Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43C of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation
1.  These Regulations are the Income Tax (Revocation) Regulations 2016.
Revocation
2.  The following Regulations are revoked:
(a)Income Tax (Concessionary Rate of Tax for Income from Offshore Life Insurance Business) Regulations (Rg 19);
(b)Income Tax (Concessionary Rate of Tax for Income from Offshore General Insurance Business) Regulations (Rg 20);
(c)Income Tax (Concessionary Rate of Tax for Income from Offshore Composite Insurance Business) Regulations (Rg 25).
